There are two levels of servicing, ‘Defined Scope’ and ‘Full Scope’. More information is available on the Boiler Servicing link above.

I/we have invested in specialist software designed for use in the Gas industry. We keep a database of ALL your boiler details, including identification codes and data, so we can access spares, and technical information immediately.

It also means we can replace any documentation for your appliance if you lose or misplace it.

Also, reminders of when services are due, and Landlord Certificates are close to expiry, are automatically produced so that we can notify you when your due a visit.

The software also records every visit, and keeps a record of what work has been carried out, so we can monitor any warranties on spares, or new boiler installations, so you don’t fail to fulfil any conditions required to keep up your extended warranties.
